unsigned bands, small record labels & distros alike a venue
to get their records, clothing, books, etc. out to a larger
audience worldwide. It is to your advantage, and ours, to keep

First,
if you are totally new to PNJ Distro, this section is for you.

to complete all the info & you will also submit this form
with your first shipment to us. It is very important that we
receive this form so we can set you up in our database, order
more items from you down the road and yes, pay your lousy ass!

Now
that you have downloaded, printed & completed that form,
it is time to move on to how you submit your items to us. Below
are a few PDF forms attached that are need to to accompany your
items when you ship them to us. You must download, print &
fill-out the form that best suits your product you are planning
to ship to us. |

This
pricing guideline has been built to give you, the vendor, a
better feel as to how you should price your item as "our
cost" when submitting new items. Something to keep in mind,
our final retail price includes free media mail postage &
those postage charges are incorporated into the mark-up.
So techinically, a CD with "our cost" set at $5.50
will be issued a selling price of $11.00, which includes a $2.25
media mail postage charge, making the actual retail price is
$8.75 a unit.
Keep this in mind. You are free to select the cost that suits
your needs most, but common sense will tell you that the lower
you set the cost, the more units you will sell. |

Finally,
here are the steps to take when shipping us the goods.
1. Pack up the goods you are submitting along with the New Vendor
Form & the Submittion Forms.
2. Mail the package(s) to us
3. Email us with an alert that we have some stuff coming before
it arrives!
4. Once your items are received, you will get an email with
a PO receipt
5. Your items will usually post on the site the following Tuesday
*Do not forget to send us a promo copy of each
record so we can scan the cover, listen to it & help expand
the description a bit. This is very important!
Don't give us shit on this one. Our interns here work very hard,
and for peanuts I might add, so they get to keep the promo records
submitted once the prep stage is completed. Think of it as gaining
a fan base! |
